The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Engineer in Land Development with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to lead a small team and still be involved on the projects and seeing them through to success. This role gives the candidate an opportunity to build an Engineering team to their vision and implement processes for the success of the projects. You will have autonomy and ability to create your vision for an Engineering team. It is required to have 5+ years of experience in land development projects (site plans and subdivisions), managing a team of EIT’s and Draftspersons, and managing project deadlines and schedules with client communication and satisfaction. This role is perfect for an Engineer who loves to work on the projects as a Project Engineer, lead a team, but not have to worry about how the next project is going to arrive nor how to collect the fees of the project. You would be involved on the proposal writing and initial client communications and see the project through completion, while growing a team to handle more responsibilities.
