A Senior Architect is responsible for ensuring that the design and construction of a building meet high-quality standards. They work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to make sure that all aspects of the building meet local codes and regulations, as well as the owner’s requirements. This role will have many focuses and will be a leader in our studio. Some specific responsibilities and focuses of this role include Quality Assurance and Quality Control of processes and documents whether internal or external, administrative or project-related you will be tasked with ensuring processes are implemented that will result in the highest standard of drawings and quality for our team and clients. Project Management will also be a part of your responsibilities, including coordination with external consultants, setting client expectations, management of resources to ensure that budgets and deadlines are met.
